Description:
Unfinished play which encapsulates many of the most important themes of Pirandello's work: an unsuccessful touring theatre company arrives at the Villa of the Scalognati. They are invited to perform their play (which is, again, a novella by Pirandello himself) in front of the mountain giants, a mythical and powerful community, but the play is interrupted just before this performance.
